Isle of Economics

I have to be honest, I haven't looked at this in too much detail as it's a bit complicated for me, but this resource from OCR looks like it has potential.

It falls into the 'Desert Island Economics' genre which could be used as a taster activity or early on in the Economics A-Level course. The info says it covers ·

  • scarcity, choice and wants;

  • opportunity cost and trade-offs;

  • how economic decisions about the allocation of resources are made;

  • division of labour and Specialisation;

  • reasons for and effects of trade.

If you've tried this, I'd be really interested in hearing how you got on with it?
